CompCall provides Disability Management and return to work support to organizations in every province in Canada. Established in 1993, we have managed over 45,000 claims on behalf of our clients nationwide. We view ourselves not just as Disability Managers, but rather Return to Work Specialists who have the expertise and experience of having worked with every Workers’ Compensation Board and major Insurance Company in Canada.

In addition, we have developed a national network of medical providers that allows our clients access to expedited medical services throughout the country, greatly reducing wait times and the associated claims costs. Such services would include Physiotherapy Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations, MRIs, and appointments with specialists (Orthopedic Surgeons, Neurologists, etc.).


CompCall fully supports the regulation and certification of the Disability Management Industry in Canada through the National Institute of Disability Management and Research. NIDMAR was founded in 1994, to promote the implementation of work-place reintegration programs for disabled workers. Part of their mandate is to train, educate, and evaluate individuals who want to work in the Disability Management Industry to ensure that professional standards and ethics are maintained industry-wide. NIDMAR has developed a certification process for “Return to Work Coordinators” and “Disability Management Professionals” which requires a combination of education and job experience. We are proud to have NIDMAR certified Disability Managers, Return to Work Coordinators, and Disability Management Auditors on staff.
