CompCall fully supports the regulation and certification of the Disability Management Industry in Canada through the National Institute of Disability Management and Research. NIDMAR was founded in 1994, to promote the implementation of work-place reintegration programs for disabled workers. Part of their mandate is to train, educate, and evaluate individuals who want to work in the Disability Management Industry to ensure that professional standards and ethics are maintained industry-wide. NIDMAR has developed a certification process for “Return to Work Coordinators” and “Disability Management Professionals” which requires a combination of education and job experience. We are proud to have NIDMAR certified Disability Managers, Return to Work Coordinators, and Disability Management Auditors on staff.
